🌟 Level 1 Complete – Aim Higher in Action! 🌟

Our Level 1 for the month of August showed just how much our scholars are stepping up to Aim Higher! 🚀✨

📉 Behavior referrals dropped by 45.6% (from 57 in August 2024 ➝ 31 in August 2025).
📈 Average Daily Attendance increased by 3% (from 91.84% in 2024 ➝ 94.6% in 2025).

👏 1424 of 1459 students had zero behavior referrals.
👏 957 students achieved 95% or higher attendance.

We are definitely off to a great start this school year, and we’re just getting started! 💚💛

This month, all GSCS schools will help fight hunger in our community by participating in the Manna From Above Food Drive. You can help by sending canned goods to school with your students this month.

@GriffinHS A representative from the @USAFROTC came to share some opportunities that are available in the Air Force to our Bear Battalion cadets. SSgt Carswell’s visit generated a lot of questions and interest from our scholars. Grateful for her support and service! @GriffinSpalding @GSCS_CTAE #CTAEDelivers

GSCS is excited to share that our Fall Fling 5K and Bazaar will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025! Register to participate in the 5K or just plan to come shop from our employee vendors. The event proceeds will benefit staff and teacher appreciation initiatives throughout the district.

Great start to the week for @GriffinSpalding @GSCS_CTAE students and staff @GriffinHS. Allied Health care students learned best practices with patients. Sports Medicine practiced skills and Cloud Computing is working on strategies to use in the future. #CTAEDelievers

All GSCS schools & offices will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2025, in celebration of Labor Day.
