Credits?
Credits are units of measure a student earns each time they pass a course
1 credit is earned for each course passed (passing grade is 70 or higher)
**At the high school level, earning credits is the only way to get promoted to the next grade level**
Students can earn up to 8 credits per year
For promotion to 10th grade, a minimum of 7 credits is required
A total of 23 credits are required for graduation
